How can we help?
Answers to the most common questions about setting up, using and securing DueWallet.
Getting started
How do I install DueWallet on Android?
Go to the Download page, tap "Download for Android", open the downloaded APK, allow installation from this source when prompted, then tap Install.
Is DueWallet available on iPhone?
The iOS app is coming soon to the App Store. Join the waitlist on the Download page to be notified.
Do I need an account or email?
No. DueWallet is self-custodial. You create a wallet on your device and back it up with a recovery phrase — no email, phone or KYC needed.
Can I import an existing wallet?
Yes. Tap "I already have a wallet" and enter your 12 or 24-word recovery phrase, or a private key.
Sending, receiving & swapping
My transaction is pending. What should I do?
Pending transactions are usually caused by low network fees or congestion. On EVM chains you can speed up or cancel from the transaction details screen.
I sent tokens to the wrong network.
If you control the receiving address, you can often recover funds by importing the same phrase and switching network. Contact support for guidance.
Why is my token not showing?
Tap "Manage tokens" and search by name or paste the contract address to add a custom token.
Security & recovery
I lost my phone. Are my funds gone?
No — as long as you have your recovery phrase, install DueWallet on a new device and restore your wallet.
I lost my recovery phrase.
If you still have access to the app, back it up immediately in Settings > Security. Without the phrase and the device, funds cannot be recovered by anyone.
Can DueWallet reverse a transaction?
No. Blockchain transactions are final. DueWallet never has control over your funds.
